General Qualifications

• Analytical Thinking & Research: Eager to conduct research in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking. Able to translate data into meaningful insights and reports.

• Business Development Awareness: Able to approach creative processes not only as “production” but from a “business model” perspective. Interested in adapting business or industrial engineering disciplines to creative industries.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in digital and AI tools, with strong data analysis and presentation capabilities. Proficient in tools such as G-Suite, Miro, and Keynote. Able to prepare presentations quickly and familiar with project management tools.

• Work Discipline: Adaptable to dynamic workflows with a focus on continuous development.

• Detail-Oriented & Precise: High work discipline with a strong focus on quality and results.

• Innovative & Open to Growth: Eager to take responsibility in innovative projects with a strong drive for continuous learning.

• Agile & Dynamic: Proactive, energetic, and adaptable to changing processes.

• Working Model: Available to work a minimum of 2 days per week and at least 20 hours in a hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market research and competitor analysis reports and boards for new projects

• Conduct strategic benchmarking studies during project development phases

• Track operational processes, report findings, and develop process improvement suggestions

• Collaborate with the creative team to integrate business-side requirements into projects
